SKU / PLU

SKU / PLU system allows a stock item to be sold by multiple inner or outer pack sizes. A PLU can be a barcode or short-code with its own pack size description and unit ratio to the SKU. There is no limit to the number of PLU’s attached to a SKU.

Products

Products (SKU’s or PLU’s) can be Non-Unique which allows products like cans with manufacturer barcodes to exist under multiple SKU’s Outer Pack products and activated and deactivated as required.

Label

Shelf Labelling and Barcode printing. A comprehensive flexible Shelf (or item) Labelling system allows an unlimited number for Label formats with flexible label and font types and sizes.  The labelling system is tightly integrated with the Promotion Management system.

Promotion

Promotion Management for standard Promotions and Multi-Buy (Mix&Match). Support for multiple overlapping promotions and best price. Promotions are by Date and Time and Promotions can be set and viewed for shelf labelling purposes in advance.  Promotions can set for specific Price Levels or Customer Groups.

Reporting

Comprehensive Inventory Management and Reporting system with up to 4 Levels of Hierarchical Product Groups plus Vendor and Multiple User Defined Groups e.g. Brand, Manufacturer, Pack Type with Snap-Shot and detailed reports with drill-down to Audit Trail of any item to see every stock movement across any date period.

Purchasing

Purchasing system for Suggested Replenishment Orders and for Interbranch Stock Transfer and Transfer Requests. Integrated PDT (Portable Data Terminals) for Inwards Goods, Stocktake, Price Checking and Sales Orders. RMSperfect (Large Chain RMS ) provides a Central Purchasing system for National and Regional Merchandising and Purchasing Managers.
