In the long term
It’s all well and good to purchase the software, but what happens when something goes wrong during peak hour? You need somebody you can call. Our commitment to you doesn’t end when the deal closes. We’re only ever a phone call or email away.
- Our helpdesk is available during regular business hours (see below) if you’re having problems, or if you just need some help. Don’t get stuck with the voicemail when you need help the most. We have enough staff to handle all incoming calls.
- We have support staff on call outside of regular business hours.
- We can connect to your computer using remote desktop software, or visit your place of business if need be.
- You have the option of receiving additions and improvements to our software.
- We offer a hardware maintenance contract to cover time involved in sorting out problems with hardware provided by us.
