Today Software Ltd (TSL) regards the privacy of its customers and potential customers as paramount.
Any and all information - whether digital, written, oral or in any other form - provided voluntarily by you will be kept in the strictest confidence and used only by Management and staff of TSL to provide a better service to you, to inform you of any changes to the program, or provide point of sale news, where necessary. No information will be on-sold or divulged to any third party except where there is a legal obligation to do so. In the event that this is requested, any party that is affected will be contacted for their permission before such legal obligation is met.
Any and all online visitors may request that any information passed be not held past the period of time needed to establish a client/provider relationship. Information that is gathered when the client/provider relationship is formed will only be used to further that relationship.
